Duo Project - Board Game - 2020

My Input

This was the first physical game I have made. Working alongside Fernanda Maria Becerra, we wanted to base the game around a world-map focused on the life of a college student, which lead to the idea of studying for finals. We both collaborated on making the physical board and clay pieces, as well as making sure we have printouts for people to playtest our game.

From playtests of our game, we gathered feedback of making sure the rules are clear and concise, being able to obtain good grades easier than before, and make the players feel as if they have to manage all of their resources. Some ideas that we tried to communicate to the player was to manage time wisely for overall best results, to take breaks from studying to regenerate the person's energy, and to set aside time for specific subjects.
