The course and project was my first introduction into the world of TTRPG. My main inspirations for the setting was Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Part 8 (Jojolion) and for the concept of power was Jujutsu Kaisen. I aimed to create a silly but mysterious story that has an engaging power system that affects how the story goes. I learned through making this game and observing playtests that not every TTRPG needs to be similar to Dungeons and Dragons or need to be paper only. It's through the player's interpretation of how the world was given to them that they have free-roam creativity on how they wish to interact. I have a better appreciation towards the genre than before simply because I couldn't find the appeal for it and didn't know what people found the most engaging.
